Many leadership consulting firms are based in theory as opposed to experience. Theory may be great but it does not create wisdom. Stephen McGhee graduated as class valedictorian in 2002 from the University of Santa Monica with a Masters in Spiritual Psychology. At USM, he learned that application of theory is where the greatest results occur. Stephen made a promise to himself that his work would involve the experiential side of learning for leaders all over the world.
Since that time, Stephen has led clients on trips to the pristine wilds of Idaho, Argentina, Chile, Colorado and other parts of the world. In 2011 Stephen created the Aconcagua Man Project. This project was devoted to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual expansion of 7 men on a quest to summit the Mighty Aconcagua, one of the seven summits. This project was filmed and a short documentary will be released in late 2012. In addition, Stephen chronicles the magnitude of this project in his latest book entitled Climb to Freedom. The focus of each of Stephen’s projects is a commitment to the evolution of leadership for each man or woman with whom he works.
Another area of experiential leadership in Stephen’s work is his Prosperity Training. His Coaching Prosperity School has a wait list because his teaching applies to actual increase in monetary result rather than theory. Each week his participants are in motion to double income, serve clients, and deliver greater value. Stephen believes that the experience of increasing abundance cannot be taught without a true service mindset. Once that has been taught in theory, each client applies it through an experiential project. So, whether you are an entrepreneur or an executive looking to re-create a business model, I encourage you to talk with Stephen today regarding a coaching relationship.
